A brand and marketing strategy consulting project with a custom digital marketing solution for the leading tile supply and installation business on Australia's Eastern Seaboard now rebranded as THYNK Studio by Tile Direct.

Situation:
Tile Direct first started as a family business and have now grown to be the leading tile supply and installation company on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

Tile Direct needed a website solution that could reflect their status in the industry and that would be built on a powerful infrastructure that could initially be simple but continue to grow with them over the longer term.

Solution:
We conducted a thorough marketing and brand planning process initially to help Tile Direct better define their business from a marketing perspective and we a strong website brief and long term content and online marketing strategy, that would span beyond the initial brand project.

The planning process was designed to ensure that the solution built would last the business over time and be able to evolve easily with the future needs of the business. We identified the key brand direction and digital needs of the business and then began to set out on the first phase to deliver a custom business website. 

Result:
We successfully built a solid website solution for Tile Direct as the first stage of their digital development as a business. The website was launched on a strong multi-site platform with functionality that will enable the business to achieve their short, medium and long-term digital goals. 

Mind Methods also presented to the team a brand direction (brand concept design) that could be achieved to evolve the overall Tile Direct brand identity, the logo refresh was not rolled out as part of this project, however the strategy ultimately lead to a rebrand of the organisation to THYNK.
