Mind Methods was selected as the brand agency to lead the brand refresh for an Interior Design Studio based out of Sydney.
Background
Sukari Interior Design are Sydney based interior designers specialising in all components of residential and commercial design. The team completing several projects from the initial stages of floorplans and colour consultancy right through to the finishing touches of soft furnishings.
The studio were looking to refresh their brand and relaunch themselves into the market after going on hiatus to focus on family commitments.
Briefing & Information Gathering
Sukari Interior Design were looking to reinvigorate their presence online and on social media. Before this undertaking we were tasked with updating their logo and branding. We iterated our concepts and tweaked the design until we arrived with a solution the client was happy with.
At first we explored a svelte silhouette of the existing logo, updating the logotype to match the newly stylised 'S'. The aesthetic moving away from short and wide to a thinner and taller alternative. The client "liked the fresh modern font" but suggested keeping the type consistent throughout, removing the logomark.
The Result
The new logo is chic and compact which allows for flexible use. This updated look has been incorporated into the feel and approach of Sukari Design's messaging. We created a social media campaign directing audiences to a landing page. The website was also overhauled, simplified and modernised to better reflect the brand identity.
