It’s unbelievable, Christmas is around the corner and soon we will be in a new year… where did 2016 go?

The team has been working hard, gaining a deeper understanding of marketing in a digital age and developing strategies that deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We have been fortunate to collaborate with clients who work hard, are open to new ideas and actively participate in fostering constructive working relationships. Without this approach, we could not have achieved as much as we did this year.

SOME OF OUR 2016 HIGHLIGHTS

This year we have been working closely with Calvary Health Care to effectively communicate the benefits of their hospitals, retirement facilities and community care centres nationally. The team has been achieving this through a targeted strategy implemented via public relations, online marketing and social media.

We also had an opportunity to volunteer our skills and services to the Rural Fire Service, supporting their annual fundraising event known as the ‘Bushies Ball’. This event is aimed at helping current and past volunteers who are in difficult times, namely due to high medical expenses. We were pleased to do our part and give back to the community.

As lead agency for Polycom (Asia Pacific, Japan), we have been fortunate to lead the region for product campaigns, events and partner marketing. Polycom is pleased with how these have influenced their sales pipeline. Ultimately, increasing brand awareness or sales activity is key to why our clients engage with us.

The Hon Alex Hawke MP has been a valued client since the early days under our original creative brand, The Good Life. We enjoy working with the good people at his office and helping them run their digital communications.

In early 2015, Club Plus Super laid down the challenge to increase member engagement through developing effective communications campaigns. We initially focused on highlighting the brand benefits to the least engaged members. Throughout 2016 we have continued to evolve member communications, increasing awareness of member benefits within specific areas of the business that require the attention. We have also just finished planning a range of exciting new initiatives for 2017, so we can't wait to get started on what looks to be another big year ahead!

Kingsway Compounding are another long-term client of ours, providing personalised medicines that are created specifically for an individual's healthcare needs. In 2016, we continued to evolve their ongoing marketing initiatives to both patients and health practitioners. With access to leading-edge marketing and sales technologies, we have been able to evolve the conversation around health care and the role of Kingsway Compounding plays as the national compounding pharmacy of choice.

Sokarno is an up and coming Australian fashion label. We helped to formally launch their brand in 2016. With an eye for detail and an incredible approach to designing high quality yet functional fashion pieces, we ran a powerful online advertising campaign for the label. The highlight was helping the label get featured in the world-renowned publication, ‘High Snobiety’.

Artemas Wealth Management are a premium Sydney-based wealth management provider. In 2016 we supported principal adviser, Timothy Donlea with ongoing communications to his key clients and contacts via a range of digital channels. We've helped the firm take the huge leap from limited digital presence to a range of high quality digital communications and tools. We look forward to continuing on this path for Artemas in 2017.

SPECIAL MENTIONS

We would also like to make a special mention to George Weston Foods, Ann King Design, Achieve Finance, Mario Licha Barrister, Mathersons, AWPR, Fortitude Private Wealth and Milly & Eugene

EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS

To our families and close friends. Running an agency means that the hours can be demanding and there needs to be flexibility in managing our home lives as well as our work schedule. If it wasn’t for the understanding and support of our families and very good friends, Mind Methods simply would not exist today. So thank you!
